1. Authorized Website Usage
This platform is dedicated strictly to personal, non-commercial retail purchasing of spice products. Unauthorized access, automated scraping, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to disrupt site security are strictly prohibited.
2. Product Authenticity & Pricing
- All prices are indicated in Indian National Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes.
- We reserve the right to amend pricing, product weight variants, or promotional discounts without prior notification.
- Photographic representations reflect authentic batches; natural color variations may occur due to seasonal whole spice harvests.
- Orders are processed subject to fresh batch availability at our Dongargarh facility.
3. Order Processing & Payment Terms
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of successful online gateway payment or valid Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
- Cash on Delivery orders incur a nominal ₹30 handling charge, whereas prepaid online orders incur zero extra charges.
- Vidhyatan Masale reserves the right to decline or cancel orders with unverified contact credentials or suspicious activity.
4. Shipping & Transit Timelines
- Consignments are typically delivered across India within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Free standard delivery automatically applies to all domestic orders containing 3 or more products.
- Delivery delays caused by courier routing constraints, festivals, or natural disruptions are outside our direct operational control.
5. Replacements & Refund Policy
- In the rare event of transit damage or shipment mismatch, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with packaging photos.
- Due to strict FSSAI hygiene standards, unsealed or consumed spice packs cannot be returned.
- Verified refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand trademarks, trade dress, logos, product formulas, visuals, and editorial text published on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Vidhyatan Masale.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising hereunder shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
